Ian is our lead coach and has decades of corporate business experience, having carved out careers in medical communications, finance, innovation and executive coaching. He has developed agility in his career by putting himself in uncomfortable situations of change and challenge and brings a broad minded perspective to be able to help his clients in his coaching practice. Ian is an ICF qualified coach and is also Hogan Certified and a strategic partner of Meta Team.
